Festival Project

This project consisted of designing a website and visual system for a festival of any kind. The location had to be relevant to our event and benefit a cause/organization of our choice.  Our festival had to feature at least five programs of our choosing relevant to the cause being supported.  From this assignment,  I learned and practiced how to create an identity and brand for an event including a logo, fonts, colors, patterns and was able to continue furthering my skills using HTML and CSS languages. 

I designed a three day festival for women dedicated to self-care and wellness.  Each program was focused around nourishment and personal development as well as building a community amoung women in the Bay Area.  I planned this event to be both held by the Womens Building of San Francisco as well as supporting the organization.   Because my target audience was women ages 18-30 years old, I wanted my website to be youthful, colorful, modern, and playful.  I created this site using all original assets and illustrations.
